The product will be dispatched within seven working days from date of ordering. In case express delivery is required, mail us at email@example.com.
Tracking ID will be sent to your mail ID with the shipping partner's name when the product is dispatched. You can track the order using its tracking ID.
If by any chance, the order is lost or un-delivered to the preferred location, the company will refund all the money including the shipping charges if any.
Normally the order is delivered very sooner. But for the sake of safety, we often commit to deliver the product within 10 working days. But in most of the cases, it is delivered very much earlier. Our courier partners are well known like ST Courier, Blue Dart, Professional couriers. So, there is no need for the customer to worry about their orders.
For Cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation, refund will be done accordingly. But if any part of the order is cancelled post 24 hours of order confirmation, there will be no refund.
In case of any issue with the delivered item, mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery. Post 24 hours, no return/refund request will be considered.
If the item is damaged or out of stock we will be providing refund within 6-7 working days.
